Nurture Yourself so you Don't have to Replenish Yourself

Would you rather nurture yourself a little daily, or wait until you're burnt out and/or sick to replenish yourself?


I think we all know the answer to that.


There are countless ways to nurture yourself. These are just a few suggestions.

· Take a long shower or bath (and use fancy soap/scrub)

· Watch your favorite movie

· Listen to your favorite song

· Practice breathing exercise

· Eat a healthy and filling meal

· Drink water & stay hydrated

· Call a friend

· Draw/color

· Freely journal your thoughts

· Read your favorite book or favorite blog

· Listen to an empowering podcast

· Watch a funny movie/clip

· Go for a walk (expand your muscles and mind)

· Take care of your skin

· Hug a loved one

· Smile

· Celebrate “just because”
