Hi, I'm Annie

Certified Health & Wellness Coach

As a nationally board certified Health & Wellness coach, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve a life of confidence, wellness, and success. 

Simply put, my clients rock! They come from all walks of life, with diverse backgrounds and experiences, but they share a common desire: to improve their wellness and kick ass at life.

I am known to gush & obsess over my clients & their transformations. It’s so exciting watching them excel both personally and professionally after working together.  I feel honored to be part of the journeys of hundreds of clients, but my greatest joy comes from witnessing their empowerment and success as they thrive on their own.

After earning my BA in Psychology, I went on to earn an MA in Integrative Wellness Coaching.

I’m also certified in Integrative Wellness Coaching, Life & Success Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). 

I’ll be honest (and family & friends could vouch for me), I have A LOT to say & because of my gift of the gab, I have been featured on 35+ podcasts. So, if you have a podcast, I’d love to chat. 

And last, but not least, a shameless plug, my book, Sh*t I Wish I Knew in High School. I share my off-the-wall anecdotes to help empower people to own their mistakes, learn from them, and most importantly…move the hell on after.
