2. Coaching Services
I offer coaching to support clarity, confidence, time management, decision-making, and personal development. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge:
-I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
-I do not provide medical or legal advice
-Results vary by individual
-You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
If you’re experiencing a crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed mental health provider or emergency services.
3. Payments & Refunds
Private coaching sessions:
-Payment is due within the timeframe listed on your invoice
-All completed sessions are non-refundable
-Late fees or paused sessions may apply for unpaid invoices
Digital products:
-All digital sales (workbooks, downloads, templates) are final
-No refunds are offered once a product is delivered
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For private coaching:
-Cancellations made after the designated window may be marked as “late cancel”
-Rescheduling is available depending on my calendar
-If you repeatedly cancel or no-show, I may pause or discontinue future sessions
Schedule boundaries protect both your time and mine.
5. Digital Product Use
When you purchase or download any digital resource from me, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use.
You may not:
-Share files publicly
-Email them to others
-Resell or redistribute
-Claim them as your own work
6. Website Content
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, videos, and branding — is owned by Annie Delre Coaching LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or republish any content without permission.
7. Contact & Communication
By submitting any form on my site (inquiry, resource download, session, speaking request), you agree to receive relevant communication about your request.
You may also receive emails about resources, updates, or workshops if you opt-in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
8. Limitation of Liability
By using this website or engaging in coaching, you agree that:
-You are responsible for your choices and outcomes
-I am not liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of my services
-Coaching is not a guarantee of specific results
I offer guidance, tools, and support — you apply them.

My website integrates with tools such as Wix, GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, and Google Workspace.
These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. I’m not responsible for how third parties operate, but I choose reputable, secure providers.
