Note: Every woman participating in the program will be hand-picked. You will be interviewed before joining because I want to make sure everyone is motivated and will follow through on their commitment.

What are the possibilites after graduating this program?
The effort you put in will be a direct result of your outcome. If you put in minimal effort, you will get minimal results. If you give it your all - the possibilities are endless!
Outcomes on being coached include: gain of confidence, higher self-esteem, independence, feelings of peace and relaxation, knowing your strengths and being more comfortable setting boundaries.
Other amazing outcomes are changing your paradigm and allowing for the disruption of dysfunctional thought patterns such as: unrealistic expectations, jumping to conclusions, catastrophizing, taking things personally and equating feelings with facts.
By taking control of your life, learning about yourself and managing stress, it allows you to increase your concentration, decrease anxiety, and improve mental and physical health. Additional benefits include unnecessary energy drain/more energy, less physical pain, decrease in anger and irritability and heightened intuition.

Ok, first of all...why should I trust you?
I am a qualified coach because...
My undergraduate in Psychology and minor in Sociology taught me about cognitive, developmental, behavioral, social and clinical psychology. My bachelor’s degree gave me a broad understanding of human behavior.
My graduate degree in Integrative Wellness Coaching allowed me to master the art and science of coaching. I was able to learn and utilize evidence-based approaches that help clients with lifestyle and behavior modifications. My capstone project was on “Health Coaching as an Effective Tool for Managing Stress & Anxiety”.
My certifications in Life & Success Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Technique and Clinical Hypnotherapy prepared me to coach with different modalities to serve my clients specific needs, as opposed to having a standardized approach.
As of February 2021 I have worked with over 500 clients.
