What is a health & wellness coach? 💭According to the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC): Health & wellness coaches partner with clients looking to enhance their well-being through self-directed lasting changes, aligned with their values. In the course of their work, health & wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients & a belief in their ability to change, honoring the fact that each client is an expert on their own life while ensuring that all interactions are respectful & non-judgmental. Health & wellness coaches train in behavior change theories, motivational strategies & health education & promotion theories. They use these to support the client in creating & sustaining change for improved health & well-being.
Who are your clients? 💭I serve amazing women! 💁♀️ I have experience working with women in their teens up to my eldest client being 84 years old.
What struggles do your clients have? 💭Most of my clients struggle with accountability, motivation, confidence, time & stress management, relationships, communication, boundary setting & more.

EDUCATION My undergraduate in Psychology and minor in Sociology taught me about cognitive, developmental, behavioral, social and clinical psychology. My bachelor’s degree gave me a broad understanding of human behavior. My graduate degree in Integrative Wellness Coaching allowed me to master the art and science of coaching. I was able to learn and utilize evidence-based approaches that help clients with lifestyle and behavior modifications. My certifications in Life & Success Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Technique, Clinical Hypnotherapy, ThetaHealing,& Summit Transformation prepared me to coach in different modalities to serve my clients specific needs, as opposed to having a standardized approach. Where are you located? 💭I live in Southern California, but coach virtually. I use video programs such as Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, Google Meets & WhatsApp to communicate with my clients.
