How do you use these resources?
Most of the PDF's are self explanatory.
While looking at the Wellness Wheels, rate yourself 1-10 in each category. 1 meaning you desperately need help, and 10 being you're thriving in that area.
On each wheel, I left room so you're able to reflect and write down how you're doing on each section. Ask yourself: What is working? What would I like to change?
