Certified Health & Wellness Coach
As a nationally board certified Health & Wellness coach, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve a life of confidence, wellness, and success.
Simply put, my clients rock! They come from all walks of life, with diverse backgrounds and experiences, but they share a common desire: to improve their wellness and kick ass at life.
I am known to gush & obsess over my clients & their transformations. It’s so exciting watching them excel both personally and professionally after working together. I feel honored to be part of the journeys of hundreds of clients, but my greatest joy comes from witnessing their empowerment and success as they thrive on their own.
I got my start with a BA in Psychology, then leveled up with a Master’s in Integrative Wellness Coaching. Plus, I’ve got a few extra tricks up my sleeve with certifications in Life & Success Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
